Nice place to stay if you wanna go around Wellington City or catch the ferry, as there is a bus stop just outside the motel and there is a bus(No.52) every 30 min going into the city.
They have nice showers with enough hot water, a good kitchen area and also a laundry.
Staff is also helpful and friendly.

We had a great stay at Capital Lodge Motor Inn. The facilities were excellent and the location was perfect after arriving late from the ferry.
A special thank you to the staff, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible after I had an accident during our trip. They even allowed us to stay well past check-out time, which we really appreciated. Their support and kindness made a difficult situation much easier for us. Highly recommended!

Despite our last minute booking at 9pm, it was nice to get the instructions for parking and simple directions to use the shower facilities.
We got off the ferry with our motor home at 1am in the morning. And the parking was easy. Lots of spaces for motorhomes in the powered site. Nice clean shower. Everything was neat and well managed. Love it.
The lady at the reception I met in the morning was friendly, helpful and nice. Thank you for all the help

Really big room, comfortable beds, full kitchen if you needed it. Close to the motorway which is good for travelling, but not too noisy, and even though its close, the room overlooked large trees and a grassy area. Bathroom was excellent - recently re-done. Water pressure was fantastic.
I stayed with my son, was great to have the spilt level which offered some privacy.

Easy to find, close to everything.
We're at 1 Newlands Road, Newlands, Wellington. A short drive from the Interislander and Bluebridge terminals, ten minutes from the CBD, and close enough to Sky Stadium that you won't be fighting traffic after the final whistle.
Plenty of parking on site - including space for trucks, campervans, and large vehicles.
